Customer Responsibilities

To support safe and effective work, customers agree to:

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the property and relevant plumbing systems.
• Disclose known issues, prior repairs, leaks, backups, hazardous conditions, and relevant utility information.
• Secure pets and keep children, occupants, and unauthorized persons away from active work areas.
• Remove personal belongings from work areas when requested.
• Obtain authorization from the property owner, landlord, homeowner association, tenant, or other responsible party when necessary.
• Maintain utilities needed for diagnosis or repair, including water, gas, electricity, or sewer access, when reasonably safe and available.
• Notify us promptly if you have concerns about completed work.
